Delivery

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders within the UK. Sit back, relax, and let us bring your new furniture to your doorstep at no extra cost!

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Our standard delivery time is usually within 7-10 working days. We strive to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. Our courier will contact you to arrange a delivery date, or we will provide you with tracking information so you can track your delivery.  If there are any issues, you will be contacted. For any queries regarding this, you're welcome to email info@ashpinoke.co.uk with your order number.

Will I be notified of my delivery date beforehand?

You will either be contacted by our logistics team within 7-10 days to organise a suitable delivery date and time, or you will receive a tracking code from a courier company so that you can track your delivery online.  Thee two options depend on the supplier of your chosen item.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver on requested days as all routes must be planned efficiently. However, we always give you good notice of when delivery will be.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that changes to the delivery address may result in adjustments to the delivery timeframe. 

What measures do you take to ensure the safe delivery of furniture?

We take the utmost care to ensure your furniture arrives in excellent condition. Our furniture is packaged securely and protected with appropriate padding and packaging materials. We also partner with reliable and experienced courier services that specialise in handling furniture deliveries.

Where will my furniture be delivered? Can it be brought into a specific room?

We understand that convenience and placement are important factors when it comes to furniture delivery. Our standard delivery includes doorstep delivery, where the courier will bring the furniture to your designated delivery address. However, delivery to a specific room inside your home is at the discretion of the delivery personnel.

We work with trusted courier partners who prioritise the safe transportation of your furniture. While they will make every effort to accommodate requests for room delivery, it ultimately depends on factors such as the size and weight of the furniture, accessibility, and any specific instructions provided by the courier.  In some cases there may be an extra charge for room delivery.

If you have any special requirements or would like to discuss the possibility of room delivery, please reach out to our customer support team. We will do our best to assist you and provide clarity regarding the delivery process. Our goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory delivery experience for you.

 

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and the other Isles?

We are only able to deliver furniture within the mainland of the United Kingdom. As such, we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, or any other islands off the UK mainland.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

You can pay with the following methods...

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we understand that purchasing furniture can be a significant investment, and we want to make it more affordable for our customers. That's why we offer flexible payment methods such as Klarna and PayPal Credit, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase into convenient instalments. With these financing options, you can enjoy your new furniture while managing your budget effectively. Simply choose your preferred payment method during checkout.

How secure are my credit/debit card details?

Your details are secure with us. This store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. For more information, click here.

Can I pay for my item after it has been delivered?

No. Full payment has to be received before any items will be dispatched, or a delivery date arranged. All orders are done online, however, we are able to take any special or large orders and process them manually, simply contact us on 02038377555 or info@ashpinoke.co.uk

Shipping & Returns

What if I don't like the furniture after it's delivered?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your furniture, please contact our customer support within 14 days, and we'll try our best to accommodate you. Please refer to our Refund Policy and Delivery and Return Policy for details.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we primarily focus on delivering furniture within the Mainland UK. However, we understand that there may be customers outside the UK who are interested in our products. If you are an international customer, please contact our customer support team with your location details, and we will assess the possibility of shipping to your country.


General Product Queries

Will I have to assemble the furniture myself?

Most of our products come fully assembled, some require partial assembly, and yet others will require assembly. Outdoor Product Queries

What gas does the Fire Pit take?

We recommend to use Propane or Butane 5kg bottles, that way they can be stored inside the fire pit too.

Is your rattan real wicker?

Our rattan furniture is created by weaving Polyethylene strands, giving the furniture weather protection properties that real wicker can’t do.


Can I leave my cushions outside all year long?

Our cushions are water-resistant but not waterproof, so it is strongly recommended to purchase a furniture cover or to take the cushions inside away from the weather ailments.

Can I leave my furniture outside all year long, unprotected?

Our furniture (not cushions) can be left outside all year round, we supply weatherproof furniture with UV resistant design. However, it is always beneficial to have a furniture cover too for extra protection.


What is man-made wicker?

All our woven furniture is made from only the highest quality man-made fibre. Soft to the touch, this remarkable material has many benefits including high suppleness, tear resistance, UV resistance and weather resistance. The polyethylene based, extruded and through-dyed wicker is also completely weatherproof, insensitive to differences in temperature and extremely hard wearing.

What temperature range can woven furniture withstand?

Woven furniture can be left outside all year round and is able to withstand temperatures from -20°C to +55°C. When very cold, the weave will become stiffer than normal and when very hot, the weave will become more elastic. However, it will always revert to its normal elasticity, once the ambient temperature stabilises.


What will typically happen to the woven furniture over time?

Depending on the amount of use, a woven chair will generally perform very well over time (similar wear pattern to indoor, upholstered furniture). The seat section may begin to sag and the weave in certain areas may begin to open slightly, showing more of the frame underneath. The weave can easily be re-arranged by working across it with one's fingers, pushing it back in to shape. Additionally, the edges of the weave may start to show small abrasion marks in places, depending on usage. Scratch marks or abrasion to the edges of the fibre can be repaired by very briefly and carefully applying heat (i.e. the flame of a cigarette lighter) to the affected area and rubbing along the length of the fibre with a piece of hard cardboard to restore a smooth edge.

Can I request a custom furniture piece?

All our furniture is ready-made and available as shown on our website. However, we are actively exploring the possibility of offering custom furniture pieces in the future. If you do have a specific piece you're looking for, get in contact and we'll do our best to source it for you.

Do you offer assembly services?

Unfortunately, no. We do not offer assembly services for our furniture.
