This Monks Bench adds flair and storage to any corridor, making it a great spot for putting on shoes and providing lots of storage space within for things like shoes, umbrellas, and other items you want to keep hidden. This lovely country-style bench is handcrafted from 100% solid mango wood with an oak-ish finish.Product to be delivered on the pallet as a pavement/kerbside delivery. Customer needs to dispose off or use it if they wish to. For possible returns, we would require the original pallet alongside full packaging as part of returns policy.

Ashpinoke General Delivery and Return Policy
Below is the general delivery policy of Ashpinoke Furniture. This general policy will be adhered to where the specific brand policy isn't clear or has no mention of a specific issue.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver any products to Northern Ireland or any islands outside the UK Mainland.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be processed. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, or if the item is no longer in inventory, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll either send you tracking details by email or contact you by phone within 48 hours to organise delivery. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@asphinoke.co.uk so that we can help.
Customer Responsibility
The customer must take full responsibility for ensuring orders & delivery addresses are correct as well as for the checking & unloading of all deliveries.
Damages
The customer must thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items as well as a full description to info@asphinoke.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
